Día
Depart off early to escape from the bustling of Ho Chi Minh City, hit the city roads along the northeast to the fist point – Lagi town. Located 150 km to the east and a little north of HCMC, Lagi is a small town in the central Binh Thuan. Historically, Lagi had once been uninhabited marshland at the river delta and has just been getting popular with tourists recently. On the way to Lagi, you can visit various incredible spots of Vung Tau and Dong Nai provinces: Minh Dam Army bases, Binh Chau hot spring resort (Vung Tau) and Thuong Chieu Zen Monastery (Dong Nai).
Minh Dam Army base – the important observation base for the Viet Cong will recall you to relive into the war years. Next, Binh Chau hot spring will offer you uninterrupted peaceful moments while soaking in the fresh mineral stream to re-calibrate your body and mind. After lunch, we will have a great short motorbike ride on the coastal roads to La Gi. We’ll arrive at Lagi around 4.30 pm.

After a hearty breakfast, run up the north to Mui Ne. Riding distance is short yet worthy of scenic coastlines and sceneries on both sides. Located about 200 km away from the north of Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne’s traditional fishing villages Ne are fast becoming popular leisure destinations. Known as “heaven of the sea”, Mui Ne attracts tourists by gorgeous beaches, yellow-colored dunes, various superior resorts, and tasty special dishes. Spreading over 15-km in length, Mui Ne’s beaches are quiet, serene and great for taking a walk and contemplating the spectacular sunset. Along the coast, we’ll stop visiting colorful markets of indigenous people and ancient buildings such as Van Thuy Tu Temple, Po Shanu Cham towers – a unique architectural complex of Hindu Cham people built in the 9th century. We plan to arrive in Mui Ne at 4:00 pm to enjoy the crystal cool water and enjoy the fabulous beauty of the sunset on beaches.

After early breakfast in the hotel, we leave Mui Ne to the Central Highlands. On the way, we will discover fairy springs, red canyons, white sand dunes and visit some rustic villages. The indigenous habitants here live on doing fishing or growing dragon fruits, planting and producing coffee – the Central Highlands’ specialty. You will be overwhelmed by the endless sand dunes stretching over 25 km right next to the beach! Fairy spring is a stream flow through a patch of dunes and past some interesting sand and rock formations. Enormous red and white sand dunes, and fairy springs are the best attractions making Mui Ne become known.
Then along the way to Bao Loc, we will visit the K’ho ethnic minority villages and Dambri waterfall. K’ho ethnic minority villages are where you can learn about the culture of their wildlife at the edge of the Central Highlands. At the altitude of 90 meters above sea level, Dambri waterfall is an icon for Bao Loc city for a long time. We schedule to arrive in Bao Loc in the afternoon and stay overnight here.

Developed as a resort by the French in the early 1900s, Da Lat still maintains numerous French colonial heritage. The legendary misty city of Lam Dong central province is surrounded by hills, spacious pine forests, lakes, and waterfalls. Known for its distinctive temperate climate and a variety of tourist attractions, Da Lat is a must-visit highlight of Vietnam’s central highlands motorbike tour.
Starting off your day at about 8:30 am, the riding to Da Lat covers a short distance yet offers a beautiful view of mountain and green plantations. Da Lat’s altitude and fertile soil are benefits for people here to cultivate a variety of fruits, vegetables, coffee and flowers which are difficult to grow up in the lowlands. We will enjoy spring-like instead of tropical hot weather and see plenty of green tea, vegetable and flower and mushroom fields, and coffee plantations. We will also have a chance to visit some silk villages and learn how to make good silk. We will arrive in Da Lat around 4:00 pm.

The last day of the Saigon motorbike tour to Nha Trang will start at 8.30 am and offer one of the best motorbike rides along the coastlines in Vietnam. Most of the ride is on sealed and smooth roads except crossing over some small “monkey bridges” in Da Lat town. However, this segment of the tour will offer a scenic coastline view. It will take you 150 km to ride from Da Lat to Nha Trang, the capital city of Khanh Hoa province on the South Centre Coast. Being Vietnam’s coastal party center, Nha Trang is home to the country’s top beaches, dive sites, and old aged architecture monuments. Along the way, we will stop a while to visit Bao Dai’s Villa and peaceful hill tribe villages.
Bao Dai’s Villa with French colonial architecture style is a romantic hotel for tourists to relax when arriving at Nha Trang. Here we can see the entire panoramic view of Nha Trang City in the north or the vast peaceful ocean in the east. The fifth day of the Southern Vietnam motorbike tour will finish at around 4.30 pm in the coastal city of Nha Trang. Check-in at your hotel and then relax on the most charming beach in Vietnam.
