On the first day from the BM Travel Adventure office, we are heading to Moc Chau Town in Son La. Along Black River, a present from Mother of Nature, Ba Khan lake, appears for the team to enjoy the fresh air from it. And White Stone Pass is the difficult challenge we need to conquer. Right at the first step, you will know why Thai people stayed in this peaceful town for a long time.

We’re going to Dien Bien Phu, a historical city where during the Vietnam War, guerrilla tactics defeated the strongest French base. With remote, rugged terrains, the French decided to create the base in Dien Bien Phu, leading to their failure. And the Pha Din Pass, the most challenging Pass to Dien Bien Phu, is the most apparent witness. The valley is also close to the Laos border gate</strong>; thus, the cultures of Vietnam and Laos collide beautifully.

- 14 días o más antes de la llegda: sin cargo
- 07 – 13 días antes de la llegada: 50% del costo total del viaje
- 03-06 días antes de la llegada: 75% del costo total del viaje
- 01 – 02 días antes de la llegada: 90% del costo total del viaje
- No show: 100% del costo total del tour

Observación
- Los hoteles mencionados en la lista son sólo planificados y la disponibilidad depende en el momento de la reserva. En el caso de que no podamos reservar o alguno esté cancelado por casos inevitables, lo sustituiremos por otro hotel equivalente o similar
- Los precios de este tour están basados en nuestras tarifas actuales del transporte. El aumento en el precio de gasolina podría afectar los costos del servicio de transportes incluido barco, en este caso tendremos derecho a revisar la cotización. Si se produce un aumento les mantendremos bien informados.
- Este precio no incluye el período pico del año. Si su fecha de llegada real se encuentra dentro del período pico, procederemos con un recargo adicional de acuerdo con los requisitos específicos del servicio.
CONDICIONES DE REEMBOLSO
A- POLÍTICAS GENERALES DE DEPÓSITO Y CANCELACIÓN
- Política de depósito para reservar plaza. Para reservar un lugar y recibir invitados oficialmente, los clientes deben depositar el equivalente al 40% del valor del tour. El resto deberá ser abonado por el cliente a Viaje Vietnam Asia 45 días antes de la fecha de salida reservada por el cliente.
- Política de cancelación debido a los clientes
Si el cliente cancela el tour 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación anticipada equivalente al depósito (40% del valor del tour).
Si el cliente cancela el tour durante 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación tardía equivalente al valor total del tour (100% del valor del tour). - Política de cancelación organizada por la unidad
Si tiene que cancelar el tour por razones especiales, lo haremos
reserve su dinero y no lo devuelva porque todo se usa para reservar servicios. Puede transferir su reserva a otra persona. Sin embargo, usted será responsable de que su representante pague su dinero en su totalidad.
Si Viaje Vietnam Asia no organiza la salida de la delegación a la hora prevista por causas de fuerza mayor como catástrofes naturales, inundaciones, guerras… Viaje Vietnam Asia concertará una nueva fecha de salida, todos los gastos incurridos serán acordados por ambas partes. - Nota: Lo anterior es la penalización por cancelación del tour según las normas de la empresa. Manejaremos con flexibilidad cada caso específico dentro de nuestra capacidad.
