The 13-days North Vietnam Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Thac Ba Lake is one of the most remote tours in the whole country. However, that intact and pristine area is home to several glorious destinations that are naturally preserved and almost intact by humans. They range from limestone mountains, rice terraces, river valleys, and green meadows. By exploring the north of Vietnam by motorbike, seeing the diversity of nature and people, and witnessing their daily life in the remote area, you can get out of your comfort zone and explore the other aspects of life, and somehow understand the voice of the mother nature.

Your guide will pick you up at the hotel and depart from Hanoi at 9:00 a.m. We will get out of the noisy city, following the winding hills and uneven roads to head to Mai Chau. Mai Chau is a picturesque valley with the rustic charm of mountains and terraced fields. It’s also home to many Vietnam ethnic tribes. On the way, we can meet some of the curious eyes of the ethnic children. Get ready to wave as they smile or stare at you! After lunch, we continue our journey through the stunning rural landscapes and may stop for a while to take pictures. We arrive in Mai Chau at around 5:00 p.m. and stay overnight at a lovely homestay.

Ta Xua is the next destination on the ride to the north of Vietnam. Every moment when we pass through the splendid landscape and rustic villages of the ethnic groups will make anyone “WOW”. Lunch is ready for you at Moc Chau. After having lunch and taking a break, we continue to the northwest and cross the Da River to the city of Ta Xua. 7h30: We have breakfast to have enough energy for a hard day because we have an off-road tour all day. During the off-road tour, we will pass many different terrain conditions, sometimes isolated villages, the river and the stream, and sometimes the high mountain. The tour will give offroad followers a lot of different emotions.
17h30: We go to the homestay, check in, undress, and go straight down to the hot spring to soak our bodies after a challenging journey.

Join us with another adventure to Sapa. Located in the high area of Lao Cai, at the height of 2000 meters above sea level, Sapa owns nice pleasant weather. That promises a wonderful ride. After conquering one crooked curve to another, we can’t wait for more interesting points ahead. Those are the huge splendid mountains or the vast green tea farms. We will cross O Quy Ho, one of the four longest and most attractive passes of Vietnam, from where we can see the Fansipan mountain from afar. We will come to Sapa at noon, have lunch and take a walk through this romantic city. In the evening it is your free time to discover this attractive city.

From Sapa, we set out to Bac Ha in the morning. For the trip today, we can have an opportunity to visit a wild region with primitive nature. When our motorcycle team arrives in Bac Ha, it will be approximately 4:00 p.m. Enjoy a night here before going to the incredible road to Ha Giang.

Ha Giang, the northernmost province of Vietnam, is a must-go when we take on the ride to the North of Vietnam. Ha Giang has totally different views compared to other places in Vietnam. In the morning, we can take a walk through the ancient city of Dong Van, enjoy a delicious coffee or admire the architecture of the typical French style, which was built in the French colonial era. We start again at 10:00 a.m. On the road from Dong Van to Bao Lac, we will cross many landmarks, such as the rocky plateau and terraced rice fields, and through Ma Pi Leng, one of the four longest passes in Vietnam. In the North of Vietnam, the Ma Pi Leng pass offers the most challenging motorcycle circuits in Vietnam. After enjoying a motorcycle tour at the Dong Van Global Geopark, we will arrive in Bao Lac at about 4:30 p.m and stay there overnight.

From Bao Lac, we will descend and travel along the Gam River, with many steps crossing the rustic villages. Wherever we go, you can see the friendly and hospitable smiles of the local people, especially the children. After 1 hour on the extensive roads, we will take the road to the pecking routes with rocks and stagnation. Those steep roads will take us through the pleasant terraced fields and peaceful villages surrounded by crystal clear streams. It is undeniable that it would be one of the most incredible parts of this motorcycle tour. We will be at Ba Be Lake around 3:00 p.m. and leave the luggage at the family home host before joining a truly cheerful and relaxing boat trip on Lake Ba Be – the largest natural lake in Vietnam. Day 9 comes to an end with a cozy and warm night in the house of the Tay people.

Saying goodbye to Ba Be, we will head to Thac Ba Lake, one of the three largest and most beautiful reservoirs in Vietnam. The advantage of this motorcycle tour is that apart from the natural landscapes, we also visit historical sites such as ATK Dinh Hoa, the place where Ho Chi Minh met the communist party of Vietnam in 1930. After traveling to Thac Ba lake, we will spend the night with the family of a Dzao village who lives on the shore of Thac Ba Lake. We can also enjoy a boat trip on this splendid lake to see the impressions of nature and the heritage of human construction.

09:00 : Back to Indochine Cruise. You will have approximately 30 minutes to pack your bags and check out. You can leave your luggage outside the room door, the staff of the fleet will help you transfer to the wharf.
09.30 : You will be served a late breakfast at the restaurant. After breakfast, you will pay the bill for drinks and services used on the cruise. At the same time, the ship on the way back to the wharf is also the time when visitors enjoy the beauty of the bay on the way.
10:30 – 11:00 : Take you back to Tuan Chau wharf.

- Los hoteles mencionados en la lista son sólo planificados y la disponibilidad depende en el momento de la reserva. En el caso de que no podamos reservar o alguno esté cancelado por casos inevitables, lo sustituiremos por otro hotel equivalente o similar
- Los precios de este tour están basados en nuestras tarifas actuales del transporte. El aumento en el precio de gasolina podría afectar los costos del servicio de transportes incluido barco, en este caso tendremos derecho a revisar la cotización. Si se produce un aumento les mantendremos bien informados.
- Este precio no incluye el período pico del año. Si su fecha de llegada real se encuentra dentro del período pico, procederemos con un recargo adicional de acuerdo con los requisitos específicos del servicio.

- Política de depósito para reservar plaza. Para reservar un lugar y recibir invitados oficialmente, los clientes deben depositar el equivalente al 40% del valor del tour. El resto deberá ser abonado por el cliente a Viaje Vietnam Asia 45 días antes de la fecha de salida reservada por el cliente.
- Política de cancelación debido a los clientes
Si el cliente cancela el tour 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación anticipada equivalente al depósito (40% del valor del tour).
Si el cliente cancela el tour durante 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación tardía equivalente al valor total del tour (100% del valor del tour). - Política de cancelación organizada por la unidad
Si tiene que cancelar el tour por razones especiales, lo haremos
reserve su dinero y no lo devuelva porque todo se usa para reservar servicios. Puede transferir su reserva a otra persona. Sin embargo, usted será responsable de que su representante pague su dinero en su totalidad.
Si Viaje Vietnam Asia no organiza la salida de la delegación a la hora prevista por causas de fuerza mayor como catástrofes naturales, inundaciones, guerras… Viaje Vietnam Asia concertará una nueva fecha de salida, todos los gastos incurridos serán acordados por ambas partes. - Nota: Lo anterior es la penalización por cancelación del tour según las normas de la empresa. Manejaremos con flexibilidad cada caso específico dentro de nuestra capacidad.
