The team will start from Da Nang’s BM Travel Office. On the first day, we are going to head up to DMZ and Khe Sanh. First of all, Hai Van Pass will challenge your riding skill, and it brings fantastic scenic views to the team. And Ho Chi Minh Trails leading to Khe Sanh, where suffered a hundred tons of bombs, you will feel the people’s resilience here.

Getting through the Lao Bao Border Gate, the team will ride on the arterial road 9E of Laos. These routes, cutting through the South and Middle of Laos, take us to Savannakhet city. From this city, you can say hi to Thailand. And also, it’s a typical city with river life along the Mekong River.

We have lunch in Attepeu, the southernmost of the provincial capitals in Laos. That means we have to ride through the jungle to arrive at the Bo Y Border Gate, T junction of Indochina. And Plei Cần, a city of Kon Tum Province, we will spend a night here

- 07 – 13 días antes de la llegada: 50% del costo total del viaje
- 03-06 días antes de la llegada: 75% del costo total del viaje

- No show: 100% del costo total del tour

Observación
- Los hoteles mencionados en la lista son sólo planificados y la disponibilidad depende en el momento de la reserva. En el caso de que no podamos reservar o alguno esté cancelado por casos inevitables, lo sustituiremos por otro hotel equivalente o similar
- Los precios de este tour están basados en nuestras tarifas actuales del transporte. El aumento en el precio de gasolina podría afectar los costos del servicio de transportes incluido barco, en este caso tendremos derecho a revisar la cotización. Si se produce un aumento les mantendremos bien informados.
- Este precio no incluye el período pico del año. Si su fecha de llegada real se encuentra dentro del período pico, procederemos con un recargo adicional de acuerdo con los requisitos específicos del servicio.
CONDICIONES DE REEMBOLSO
A- POLÍTICAS GENERALES DE DEPÓSITO Y CANCELACIÓN
- Política de depósito para reservar plaza. Para reservar un lugar y recibir invitados oficialmente, los clientes deben depositar el equivalente al 40% del valor del tour. El resto deberá ser abonado por el cliente a Viaje Vietnam Asia 45 días antes de la fecha de salida reservada por el cliente.
- Política de cancelación debido a los clientes
Si el cliente cancela el tour 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación anticipada equivalente al depósito (40% del valor del tour).
Si el cliente cancela el tour durante 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación tardía equivalente al valor total del tour (100% del valor del tour). - Política de cancelación organizada por la unidad
Si tiene que cancelar el tour por razones especiales, lo haremos
reserve su dinero y no lo devuelva porque todo se usa para reservar servicios. Puede transferir su reserva a otra persona. Sin embargo, usted será responsable de que su representante pague su dinero en su totalidad.
Si Viaje Vietnam Asia no organiza la salida de la delegación a la hora prevista por causas de fuerza mayor como catástrofes naturales, inundaciones, guerras… Viaje Vietnam Asia concertará una nueva fecha de salida, todos los gastos incurridos serán acordados por ambas partes. - Nota: Lo anterior es la penalización por cancelación del tour según las normas de la empresa. Manejaremos con flexibilidad cada caso específico dentro de nuestra capacidad.
