The first day is heading to Mai Chau in Hoa Binh, about 150 kilometers towards the West of Hanoi. We ride along the Black River to arrive at Ba Khan lake to be a present from Mother of Nature. After visiting Ba Khan lake, the team will hit the routes to burn all energies left on the way leading to Mai Chau via White Stone Pass. Check in and get your rooms, beers, and special food from the Thai people who are waiting for us. There will be a special performance show by Thai people for team dancing together.

BMW Motorcycle Tour continues its journey to Thanh Hoa province on the morning of the second day after leaving Mai Chau, riding down the Ma River to the Na Meo border. We’ll have lunch here while we wait for the procedures. Because of the rich tropical woods and spectacular mountains, visitors to the Laos-Vietnam border areas will feel more connected to nature than at any other period. The majority of the borders between Vietnam and Laos go across mountains or mountain slopes or through dense forests, making the journey more difficult for everyone. The team arrives at Sam Nua after crossing the border. You can go to the ancient temple, where locals and visitors flock to acquire a lucky charm. We’ll check into the hotel at about 6 p.m., and then it’ll be time for drinks and traditional Laotian cuisine.

The third day will be a challenge for our team when we have to conquer many passes. Aside from that, the deep valleys and Hmong villages are the highlights of the third day of the road journey. Stay in shape because you’ll be riding for roughly 320 kilometers. However, hard work pays off; the scenery along this road is breathtaking and well worth the effort. Our crew will eat dinner, spend the night at a hotel in Nong Khiew, and get a whole night’s sleep for the exciting days ahead.

On the fourth day, in the morning, we relax or take a boat to explore the Nam Ou River here. Going around the village to learn about local life in this valley. We have lunch here before riding to Luang Prabang, the most modern city in Laos.
Riding downstream of Nam Ou River, many curves are waiting for you. We will stop at Pak Ou cave, a cave temple, on our journey to Luang Prabang. After such a hard-riding day, we will recuperate at the hotel before enjoying a free day exploring Luang Prabang.

When the fifth-day vacation arrives, we’ll be able to leave the beautiful roads behind and enjoy ourselves. Luang Prabang is a must-see destination for anybody visiting Laos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, old French colonial structures, grand monasteries, and the lovely Mekong River. The Tuk Tuk will transport us to the National Park and the Kuang Si Waterfall. Because of its unique position, surrounded by magnificent mountains and tranquil rivers, the atmosphere is constantly refreshing and ideal for exploration. All of these factors together will make this place an unforgettable stop on the journey.

We’ll travel to Vientiane, Laos’ capital, today. We also conquer Route 13 which runs throughout Laos. The modern Vientiane capital will blow your mind easily when almost area in Laos is so wild. The capital is also a neighbor to Thailand with Mekong Delta as the border between the two nations. Although it’s modern cultures and quintessence are there to make this city colorful.

On this day, we conquer the arterial road in Laos. Route 13 links Vientiane to Vieng Thong, with the Mekong River, this part of Route 13 is a border between Laos and Thailand. Route 13 & Route 8 is a part of the classic Thekkek Loop Route in Laos.
Before arriving at Na Hin, we stop at The Rock Viewpoint, the natural beauties of Phou Hin boun National Protected Area. Immerse yourself in one of Asia’s most extensive limestone forests with a fascinating itinerary that includes zip lines, spider nets, and canopy walks.

On this day we need to wake up early, around 7.30 am, and ride to the restaurant for breakfast. After fulfilling energies, the road is not a big challenge, so let’s ride leisurely and enjoy the landscape along the way. The team is heading to Cau Treo Border, Immigration procedures back to Vietnam. On this day, the group visits Mr. Que ( the best mechanic from BM travel ) ‘s home to have lunch and meet his family.
After lunch, hitting offroad to explore the natural beauty in the middle of Vietnam. We will check in at the hotel around 5 pm. And cold beers are already there waiting for us on a hot day.

On this day, we do a coastline ride to Ninh Binh. Staying on National Road No. 1 to find Tam Coc in desolate Ninh Binh. Tam Coc, which translates to “three caverns,” is a zone that stretches between rice farms and is bathed by the Ngo Dong River, which is pierced through the mountains. Tam Coc, often known as “Ha Long Bay on Land,” is known for its pastoral, tranquil, yet equally gorgeous scenery. If we come early in the afternoon, we can board a boat to see the fantastic caves and rice fields. The chilly Vietnamese rowboat will take you across the mind-boggling mountains. Spend the night in a hotel and be adequately prepared for the final day of the excursion.

This day is the last day of the BMW Motorcycle Tour. In the morning, the team has a half-day city tour to explore the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then we have lunch before returning to Hanoi.
The team will arrive at BM Travel Adventure Office around 3 pm. It’s excellent for you to have dinner in Hanoi before your departure.

Observación
- Los hoteles mencionados en la lista son sólo planificados y la disponibilidad depende en el momento de la reserva. En el caso de que no podamos reservar o alguno esté cancelado por casos inevitables, lo sustituiremos por otro hotel equivalente o similar
- Los precios de este tour están basados en nuestras tarifas actuales del transporte. El aumento en el precio de gasolina podría afectar los costos del servicio de transportes incluido barco, en este caso tendremos derecho a revisar la cotización. Si se produce un aumento les mantendremos bien informados.
- Este precio no incluye el período pico del año. Si su fecha de llegada real se encuentra dentro del período pico, procederemos con un recargo adicional de acuerdo con los requisitos específicos del servicio.
CONDICIONES DE REEMBOLSO
A- POLÍTICAS GENERALES DE DEPÓSITO Y CANCELACIÓN
- Política de depósito para reservar plaza. Para reservar un lugar y recibir invitados oficialmente, los clientes deben depositar el equivalente al 40% del valor del tour. El resto deberá ser abonado por el cliente a Viaje Vietnam Asia 45 días antes de la fecha de salida reservada por el cliente.
- Política de cancelación debido a los clientes
Si el cliente cancela el tour 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación anticipada equivalente al depósito (40% del valor del tour).
Si el cliente cancela el tour durante 07 días antes de la fecha de salida, el cliente será multado por cancelación tardía equivalente al valor total del tour (100% del valor del tour). - Política de cancelación organizada por la unidad
Si tiene que cancelar el tour por razones especiales, lo haremos
reserve su dinero y no lo devuelva porque todo se usa para reservar servicios. Puede transferir su reserva a otra persona. Sin embargo, usted será responsable de que su representante pague su dinero en su totalidad.
Si Viaje Vietnam Asia no organiza la salida de la delegación a la hora prevista por causas de fuerza mayor como catástrofes naturales, inundaciones, guerras… Viaje Vietnam Asia concertará una nueva fecha de salida, todos los gastos incurridos serán acordados por ambas partes. - Nota: Lo anterior es la penalización por cancelación del tour según las normas de la empresa. Manejaremos con flexibilidad cada caso específico dentro de nuestra capacidad.
